Spend your days:
Processing loans in alignment with CCEF's established procedures and policies, ensuring consistency and compliance
Collaborating with the project intake team to gather and review loan documentation, preparing applications for final approval
Working directly with borrowers to obtain credit information and address any inquiries - providing excellent customer service
Managing various loan documentation processes, including title searches, insurance requirements, and regulatory reviews
Coordinating loan closings, calculating closing costs, and managing fund disbursement
Maintaining accurate records throughout the loan lifecycle
Supporting loan servicing functions, including processing the final closing of loans, payoff statements, and tracking outstanding loan documentation
Evangelizing our mission in all that you do!
Show us your:
Bachelor's degree in business or finance and at least a year in a loan analyst or underwriter role for commercial loans
Deep understanding of banking procedures, financial documentation and loan processing, including title and hazard insurance and commercial real estate zoning
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in digital financial systems - bonus points for exposure to federal funding programs, Abrigo or LoanPro
Passionate about clean energy technologies - we'll get excited about any direct experience with energy project development!
Current Residency in Colorado
You will enjoy:
Salary $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience plus a comprehensive suite of benefits
