Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and managing mechanical construction projects.
Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor daily project progress and resolve any on-site issues in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Southwest United States.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
