Duration: 6-month contract, potential for full-time conversion for right fit
Pay: on a W2 Basis No C2C No exceptions
Shift: M-F 40 hrs.
Skills & Experience Required:

Forecasting & Production Planning in a manufacturing environment

MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) & MPS (Master Production Schedule)

Kaizen or continuous improvement methodology

Advanced Excel skills (Data analysis, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving & attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage the Master Production Schedule to ensure production goals are met.
- Forecast material and component needs for production and ensure material availability.
- Work cross-functionally with teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Advise management on work progress, potential issues, and inventory needs.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Act as the primary contact for production status and schedule changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Have experience in production planning or scheduling.
- APICS certification preferred.
