Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: As the sole leader of Arizona Projects, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving performance improvements.
Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the President, collaborating closely to develop and implement business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
Performance Management: Drive accountability and results by monitoring project performance, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in Industrial Construction Industry - fabrication, plumbing, commercial projects, skilled trades, HVAC, electrical, engineering, and design.
Top-level leadership experience in a major corporate function or strategic business group.
Ownership of business strategy development and support initiatives.
Proven ability to establish directions and lead the development of short and long-term corporate strategies and objectives.
Skill in promoting company goals, strategies, products, services, and achievements to key internal and external stakeholders.
Ultimate accountability for performance results of the organization.
Experience making mission-critical decisions and integrating strategies cross-functionally.
20+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Master's degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
