As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will work closely with our product teams to perform essential tasks, identify areas for improvement, and support our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
Analyze bank notices, settlement documents, and credit documents to identify key financial information.
Gain a solid understanding of governing deal documents, including indentures, loan agreements, and prospectuses.
Reporting and Data Management:
Generate and review various types of client reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop a strong understanding of data mapping and reconciliation processes to resolve discrepancies effectively.
Transaction Management:
Oversee transactions, ensuring timely notifications and appropriate communication with relevant parties.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience in financial services or operations.
Experience with CLO
Strong understanding of various asset classes and their associated payment requirements.
