What Will You Do?
Champion the preparation, negotiation, and management of IT contracts (software and hardware) utilizing ITIL best practices.
Lead the way in IT procurement, billing, and ensuring compliance is second nature.
Forge and nurture strategic vendor relationships, focusing on delivering value and standardization.
Empower your team, setting clear goals and providing the training needed to elevate their potential.
Develop, enhance, and support essential IT governance processes and procedures.
Be the guardian of our IT document control, ensuring meticulous organization and compliance.
Who Are We Looking For?
A proactive leader with a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or legal, and seven to ten years of related experience.
Strong experience with software licensing renewal, working closely with vendors on requirements, and a good understanding of terms and renewal procedures.
Budget reviews, cost saving experience, and working with outside audit firms.
Experience working in a large enterprise organization is preferred.
You have five years of management experience and a knack for independent decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills, coupled with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
