I am looking for a Director of Product to manage our amazing team of 4-5 product managers and product owners. This role reports directly to me, and is in-office in Scottsdale.
As Aloware's product director, you'd be responsible for:
Work with me directly to refine our product strategy, and execute on 6-7 different product tracks.
Managing our PM, PO, and QA teams (about 10 people total)
Work in parallel to our engineering organization to design, deliver, document and promote new or existing stories on app's features,
Support our sales, CX and support organizations as they report bugs, bring feature requests, or need enablement,
Provide product usage analytics across our use base and clients, feature by feature.
Aloware is an expansive calling and texting platform, and we're just getting ourselves into AI. Our platform has 4 key pillars, which constitute the product tracks. Each PM you're managing is responsible for one pillar:
The CCaaS side (calling, texting, lead management)
Integrations (HubSpot and Salesforce - we want to remain very focused)
Platform (Compliance, billing, reporting, user journey)
AI (agentless text and voice bots, call analytics, reporting)
A qualified candidate for this role:
Has experience managing on-shore and off-shore teams,
has had a hand in engineering, well versed in technicals (my co-founders and I are engineers),
Is happy to work with founders directly,
Has maintained a roadmap, with parallel product tracks,
Thrives under pressure and doesn't mind late meetings at the office.
In your professional background, what we look for:
Previous background must be B2B SaaS, with emphasis on SMB markets
CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM-like or sales enablement software

Our sprints are fast-just two weeks-because we believe in steady, incremental updates over long, drawn-out deployments. We mainly operate on our vision as well as product feedback from clients. A typical day at our R&D side includes understanding user interactions, communicating business goals to engineers, conducting thorough UATs, and producing clear, engaging training materials.
