Responsible for the overall end-to-end solution design and ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and implementation outcomes
Collaborate on the project management strategy, process, and Project Management Plan (PMP) that will be used to guide and direct the project
Prepare and manage detailed project and resource plan. Assist executive management in managing risks, project issue escalations and resolutions
Report project progress and manage project resources as needed
Outlines specific performance measures, targets, and goals to articulate the business case for realized efficiencies or added value
Develops, presents, and defends conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans
Contributes to quality reviews of assigned engagements
Identifies technical issues impacting an engagement and proposes solutions
Guide functional and technical team members in preparing functional and technical designs
Analyzes and applies best practices knowledge of the industry Project Management Capability (where applicable)
Uses defined processes and practices in assessing engagement risks.
Requirements
Must have strong CIS Domain knowledge, preferably in water and/or gas utilities
Must have good working knowledge of billing, customer care, collections, meter Reading and field activities
15+ years' experience in managing large project teams to achieve the successful development and implementation of CIS solutions inmultiple client environments
CIS implementation experience in a lead role in three or more projects covering end-to-end requirements, data conversion and integration
Must be well versed with the technical aspects of the various CIS components
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Projects, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong project management and system delivery capability
