This global leader in sustainable energy storage seeks motivated and hard-working System Integration Technicians. The role involves constructing and integrating plumbing, electrical, and sub-assemblies of large battery systems. REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED.
Adherence to job-required standards and safety protocols.
Competent in reading and understanding engineering drawings and procedures.
Skilled in preparing and terminating cables.
Experienced in data collection and entry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Fluent in reading and writing English, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Able to wear Personal Protection Equipment according to OSHA regulations.
PREFERENCES
MS Excel proficiency.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with dynamic priorities.
Knowledgeable about new-product introduction and scaling to manufacturing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and perform leak checks on PVC plumbing assemblies.
Build and install electrical conduits and junction boxes.
Connect cables to electrical assemblies per schematics.
Use hand or power tools for PVC plumbing and electrical assembly.
Operate drill presses, miter saws, grinders, table saws, etc.
Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment per procedures to evaluate assemblies and record results.
Collaborate with engineers to improve assembly processes and quality.
Conduct in-process quality control inspections.
Maintain a clean working environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
