Lead and enforce project safety plans and conduct safety walks.
Supervise all field personnel and ensure compliance with project procedures.
Provide leadership on scheduling, productivity, and safety.
Maintain field documentation, including daily logs, cost tracking, and reports.
Ensure proper execution of stormwater management and environmental controls.
Oversee personnel evaluations and development of direct reports.
Education and Certification Requirements:
