Our fast-growing Oilfield Services client is looking to hire an Experienced Associate to join their platform. This associate will be supporting various functions in Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations and Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Manage annual budget process and support budget planning
Conduct financial analysis and modeling for investment opportunities
Assist in due diligence for acquisitions
Collaborate with senior management on corporate strategies
Maintain financial reports and projection models
Prepare ad hoc reports and graphical representations
Compile variance analysis for financial statement accounts
Develop internal and external presentation materials
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant corporate finance, corporate development, consulting, investor relations, equity research, or investment banking experience within the energy space or renewables or industrial space. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Will have a strong 3-statement financial modeling skill set. Understanding of accounting systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 4 years of experience or a BBA in a relevant field preferred.
