Oversees all shift processing operation; includes two lines. This position reports to the Production Manager. This person is responsible to work daily with the Production Manager and Procurement (Planning) Department to ensure the daily production schedule is mapped out and completed in a timely manner. Provides leadership, planning and allocates resources to help create a high-performance team, resulting in improving safety and productivity performance, sanitation, product quality, and cost savings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:3-6 years of Supervisory experience in a Food Processing experience in a LEAN facility
Not searching for a warehouse supervisor
Familiar MS office software / able to learn and navigate new software programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure proper communication with Management.
