Responsible for the financial planning, managing and executing functions related to the assigned functional areas and/or business units. Primary role is to provide accurate and timely financial information, and support for Research & Development, Marketing and Medical Education teams, focusing on new product implementation analysis, business cases and product projection. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend to achieve strategic goals of Highridge Medical.
This is a fast-paced role with the opportunity to make impactful changes while partnering with other departments and high leadership. This role requires an office presence of 3-4 days a week, at the corporate location in Westminster, CO.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and improve the monthly financial month end process and be accountable for creating financial reports.
Provide business partner support to R&D, Marketing and Med-Ed teams with monthly activities and special projects, including NPI analysis, business lifecycle of a product.
Assist business partners with their budget/projection process.
Maintain and continuously improve the systems that support the financial review/budget/projection process.
Collaborate with Accounting and Operations on month end close activities, as it relates to financial reports and reviews.
Partner and collaborate with global teams to project financial results and be able to show analysis reports in relatable formats to business partners.
Analyze drivers of financial performance, including key trends that are impacting the business.
Support the management of business projects, update requests and track project performance.
Produce financial slides for business partners, financial reviews, projection and budget.
Present to leadership team and C-level executives.
Analyze business requirements, ad-hoc reports and related assignments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.

Medical device experience is a plus.
Education/Experience Requirements
B.S. or higher in accounting, finance, data analytics or related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, CFA is plus.
Experience with OneStream, Hyperion or similar FP&A software preferred.
