For over years the Institute for Family Development (IFD) has been providing in-home family counseling and parenting skills training services to families who are at risk of having their children placed in state funded foster care. ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a HR Professional who is enthusiastic and motivated; who has excellent communication skills and a proven record for working collaboratively with others; and who has experience supporting and managing HR activities. This is a full-time position, reporting to the director of Human Resources. IFD's HR Professional has primary responsibility for:
Recruiting and onboarding
Employee benefits management and communication
Emergency preparedness
Employee wellness and support
HR records management

Compensation: $28.88 - $31.04 per hour, DOE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA degree required, preferably in human resources or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in an HR or administrative role.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain employee confidentiality.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, learn quickly, and work independently.
Solid experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable learning new software. Knowledge of TAM, Indeed.com applicant tracking, or other applicant tracking systems preferred.
