Job Description:

We are currently working on a Portfolio Administrator role with an investment advisory firm in CT.

This role will help with the investment administration of customized portfolio strategies for client accounts.

Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely implementation to multiple client accounts of portfolio and asset changes

- Investment of new client accounts and deposits to existing accounts

- Daily communication by phone and email

- Scheduled reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with guidelines

Education/Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics.

- Strong mathematical skills required

- Experience with Indata iPM is a plus.

Work Experience

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred

- Experience working with accounting software.

This role is hybrid in office 4 days in CT -- MUST BE IN CT
