In this high-impact role, you'll lead our client's HR Service Delivery track within a larger HCM implementation, working with top-tier HR, IT, and business leaders. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize a world-class, cloud-based HCM system. You'll shape new functionalities and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a best-in-class employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead HR Service Delivery strategy, prioritizing efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to deliver an effective HR technical roadmap.
Drive high-performing project teams to implement transformative, cloud-based HCM solutions.
Stay current with the latest HR tech trends, infusing innovation into every project phase.
Build and lead a nimble, high-performing Shared Services team focused on exceptional service and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related discipline.
7-10 years of experience in HR, IT, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in implementing large-scale ERP/Cloud solutions, particularly in HCM.
5+ years leading high-performing HR/IT teams with a focus on process improvement.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
