Description of Responsibilities
Build or set up and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.

Responsibilities include the following:
1. New employee setup to include hardware and software installations and distribution of equipment.
2. Inventory management to include the distribution, replenishment and receipt of IT supplies and equipment.
5. Tracking FreePBX system performance and voicemail logs as requested
6. Assist in development and execution of projects as directed by the supervisor
7. Assist in the development of training materials and provide training on newly established / revised IT policies
8. Provide technical support to Roadmap Planning
9. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
10. Participate in the pharmacy's Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
11. Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.
12. Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
13. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities and certification requirements.
14. Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.
Education and/or Experience:
Desktop Support background or equivalent (1-year minimum).
Customer service experience (1-year minimum).
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in "layman" terms.
Must have a High School diploma or Graduation Equivalent Diploma (G.E.D.) or Higher.
Experience in a pharmacy or home health company is a plus.
Experience in a consumer related business is a plus.
