We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Palm Beach, Broward, Miami Dade, Monroe and Collier Counties. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. The ideal candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
On-Site Project Management
Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure project coordination among all stakeholders.
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Conduct construction estimating and review schematics.
Be able to manage onsite and project coordination and controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 0-3 years work experience within the construction industry. In lieu of degree, 7 years of work experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office.
OSHA Certification
Project Scheduling Experience
Document Control Experience
Ability to travel and/or relocate within the United States
