Compensation: $150,000 to $210,000 (DOE) + bonus + additional benefits
Irving Knight are partnered with a leading general contractor and construction management firm looking to add a Project Executive to their team for *immediate hire* to lead their growing luxury residential division. This strategic role is key to their success in the multifamily market, as you will be responsible for driving project planning, financial oversight, and executive-level client relations. The ideal candidate has significant experience in multifamily project management, with a strong background in both leadership and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Lead all phases of large-scale multifamily projects valued north of $80M, including budgeting, scheduling, design, and construction.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Control & Safety: Enforce high standards of quality and safety on the job site, conducting regular inspections and addressing issues proactively.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring seamless project execution without impacting project timeline or budget.
Team Leadership: Direct on-site project staff, fostering a collaborative, productive, and safe working environment.
Must have requirements:
Must have experience managing 40+ stories multifamily residential projects valued north of $80M.
Experience managing and leading large successful project teams consisting of project managers, assistant project managers, and superintendents - 20+ reports.
Experience with the financial forecasting of projects.
Deep foundation experience and dewatering methods.
Experience with Owner Contracts, inclusive of AIA 102, 201 and Consensus 500
Experience with and proficient in construction software including: Procure, CPM Scheduling P-6, and the knowledge of BIM.
