What does a Sr. Project Leader do at Rinnai?
Define and lead project management, strategy, and execution (with a focus on delivering value) in the successful release of multiple projects simultaneously to defined metrics.
This position is located at 103 International Drive Peachtree City, GA with a hybrid schedule.

As part of the Rinnai America Corporation Program Management Office (PMO) you will:
Build coordination across existing agile development teams creating an increased ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and deliver value.
Hyper collaboration with product management, systems architecture/engineering, business owners, marketing, operations, supply chain, service, legal, finance, etc. to identify our customers' needs and be recognized as the most responsive organization for addressing them.
Lead and execute multiple projects within the 3-to-5-year agile product roadmap simultaneously (timing, budget, resources) utilizing agile project tools. Work with product management to adjust the agile product roadmap as required.
Part of the team defining the communities of practice (standard agile processes and tools for program and project leadership) including and not limited to - project charters, planning driven by the RACI process, defining sponsors, communication including establishing standard report out routines, risk management, change management and decision logs
Identify and partner with other PMO Project Managers/Product Managers to integrate balanced work streams to maximize use of resources. Build strategic relationships with internal and external expertise
Develop and share best practices for best-in-class project management and leadership of multi-facetted innovation programs
Follows and executes Rinnai Product Development Process -executing project plan from concept to launch. Establish Value Based Stage Gate Deliverables and Lead to Completion - executing the product strategy delivering value to our customers
Facilitate project teams driving program dependencies and risks to resolution
Document lessons learned and other key insights at the end of each project
Help champion Agile transformation across Rinnai

Requirements:
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field required.
Master's in business administration (MBA) preferred
Minimum 10 years of product-line management, development and Managing complex Projects
Minimum of 2 years working in an agile environment including hands on agile experience at the project and portfolio level
Comprehensive knowledge and application of Best-in-Class Portfolio and project delivery principles including - responsiveness and predictability
Experience in business financials, risk management and marketing principles
Abilities
Ability to exercise appropriate discretion when working with confidential and sensitive matters and information
Ability to work professionally and positively with various levels of employees/customers /business partners
Commitment to achieving business goals
Ability to work in fast paced environment and respond to high sense of urgency situations and produce fast and accurate results
High levels of personal integrity, honesty, and commitment
Ability to travel up to 25%
Skills
Excellent Project Management skills
Familiar with Power BI, MS Project, Atlassian tool suit i.e., Jira software.
Must demonstrate highly developed interpersonal/communication skills.
Strong organization/time management and innovative problem-solving skills
Ability to create and write professional documents with excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft software suite.
