BRKTHROUGH is an immersive social entertainment experience designed to make participants feel like they have entered another world. The new concept is the future of in-person entertainment for groups of all kinds, with its combination of wildly entertaining gameplay, and great food and drinks. The space contains 35+ unique and high-technology game rooms where teams will encounter physical, mental, and skill-based challenges.
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for explaining the exciting experience of BRKTHROUGH and working directly with our guests to answer any and all of their questions. The primary focus for the receptionist will be servicing our clients from an inbound perspective. The receptionist is expected to answer and respond to all calls, general email inquiries, deliver inbound event leads to the appropriate associate and create bookings when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
How You'll Do It
Responsible for all inbound calls and inquiries.
Answer incoming calls in a concise, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Transfer all event inquiries to the appropriate associate and log all event inquiries
Create event bookings when necessary
Strive to deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry stage as you may be there first point of contact with the brand.
Contribute to fostering a "fun" and engaging work environment, leading by example
Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Key Requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous receptionist experience a plus
Strong interpersonal, people and communication skills to include the ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
Solid organizational and project management skill sets
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure.
Excellent pace and energy, self-motivated, highly organized, fast and accurate
Strong ability to establish working relationships with all team members and management, and ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times
Exercises good judgment in decision making
Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
Proficient knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
