Office Manager Description
As the manager of the office, you will be responsible for onboarding, motivating, and managing all members of the mortgage origination team, and ensuring that all team members adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines. You will manage loan officer activities including the origination, processing, closing and funding of mortgage loans within the Company and assures excellent quality service is provided to our customers to maximize profits. Anticipates and prepares for the continued growth of the company, making sure the branch is adequately staffed and personnel are trained to ensure achievement of the Company's objective.
Duties:
Managing all Loan Officers, On-Site and Remote -Providing training and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
Developing office procedures-Creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
Ensuring compliance-Monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures, and regulations.
Advising on financial decisions-Helping management make financial decisions to further grow the company
Qualifications
Experience in Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
Knowledge of Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with loan compliance regulations
Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated aptitude to drive production to achieve ambitious results
Pay: You will earn a high income as you build the team due to the 25bps override you will earn on every loan originated within the company. Commissions, Bonuses, etc. Please speak with the Broker to discuss the full compensation package.
