About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be the ultimate go-to person, taking charge of scheduling, handling correspondence, managing errands, and providing seamless support with professionalism and a positive attitude. This role calls for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to support the CEO in everything from big projects to daily tasks, all while being flexible and confidential.
What You'll Do:
Keep the Calendar Running Smoothly: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel with finesse. Attend meetings, take notes, and make sure all bookings and reservations are on point!
Be the Communication Guru: Act as the liaison between the CEO and both internal and external contacts. Handle phone calls, texts, and emails with ease, keeping everything flowing.
Stay on Top of Emails & Mail: Organize the CEO's inbox, draft responses, and ensure all important communications are prioritized.
Run the Show (and Errands!): From business to personal errands, you'll help keep the CEO on track with shopping, appointments, and much more. Be ready to order groceries, supplies, and proactively anticipate other requests.
Project Powerhouse: Assist with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated to the team and raise any issues to the CEO.
Event Extraordinaire: Plan and coordinate events, handling logistics and details like a pro.
Admin Dynamo: Take care of filing, expenses, payments, and other essential tasks that keep the office humming.
About You:
Experience: You have 3+ years as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or related position like Project Manager, Client Success, Office Manager, or Paralegal. We require and will check up to 3 professional references.
Communication Champ: Your written and verbal skills are top-notch. You can give and receive clear direction.
Organizer Extraordinaire: You can manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan travel like a pro.
Project and Tech Savvy: You've got experience with special projects and are skilled at tracking progress. Using technology like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, managing email, etc.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information is second nature to you.
Pet Lover: Comfortable around dogs? That's a must! You'll be part of a team passionate about pets.

Work Environment:
Physical Requirements: You're up for a bit of lifting (think swag bags and dog gear) and comfortable driving around King of Prussia. Must have a valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
Flexibility: Occasionally available on weekends for special events (as needed).
Tech & Typing Skills: Frequent use of hands for typing, calls, and managing computer tasks.
