In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our dealerships and collision center facilities in the Mechanicsburg area.

What You'll Do
Track, manage, and report all maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to maintain safety, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance
Handle minor repairs and coordinate larger tasks with vendors as necessary
Develop and enforce policies for facilities management, including inventory control, safety regulations, and vendor management

What You'll Need
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role within a large organization
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and facility management best practices
