Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in documentation, user stories, Agile, Scrum, Daily Standups, managing and deploying technology roadmaps to join our dynamic team located in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must be a permanent resident or US Citizen, with a proven track record of 5+ years of tenure in their career without gaps in employment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: The candidate must have current or most recent experience with technical documentation, user stories, Agile, Scrum, Daily Standups, managing and deploying technology roadmaps , demonstrating a deep understanding of the online customer acquisition funnel, cart/checkout processes, and related metrics.
  • Product Management: Strong experience in building product roadmaps, with a focus on LOE/ROI based prioritization. The candidate should have a history of owning every feature, driving from concept to delivery, and actively participating in QA processes before features go live.
  • A/B Testing: Solid experience in conducting A/B tests to optimize user experience and drive key business metrics.
  • Technical Analytics: Proficiency in technical analytics tools such as MixPanel or similar, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams, acting as a Product Owner and, if needed, a Scrum Master to ensure full engagement and alignment with product goals.
  • User Story Writing: Strong experience in writing user stories for engineering teams, effectively communicating the complexity and requirements of product features.
  • Cross Functional Leadership: Proven track record of getting cross-functional leadership alignment, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to drive product success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on custom and out-of-the-box software / technological solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
