QUAD A (a non-profit, physician-founded and led global accreditation organization) is currently seeking a Director of Education to join our team.

We call it the Quad A promise, and it stands at the forefront of everything we do.
Responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and implementation of all education efforts for QUAD A except surveyor training and continuing education.
This position will collaborate with the marketing departments and business development team to support value additive educational content for accredited facility staff, potential clients, and the public. The incumbent will create and offer educational programs related to technical compliance with accreditation, best practices in clinical operations, emerging technologies and practices. The incumbent may also conduct update training for staff as needed.
This position will initiate and oversee QUAD A's CME program. The Director contributes to the company's vision regarding continuing education via service delivery, program development and execution, management, quality assurance, continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Full-Time exempt position: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Expected travel: up to 25%
Reporting Relationship: to the Chief Executive Officer through the Chief Operating Officer
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Analyze standards revisions for potential educational opportunities • Analyze surveyor finding trends for potential educational opportunities regarding survey insights and facility guidance • Analyze facility responses to citations for potential educational opportunities regarding best practices for achieving compliance • Collaborate with marketing, business development, the board, and external contributors regarding specialty content information • Manage CME application and maintenance • Organize educational event agendas and activities • Support podcast and video presentations • Available to travel as needed • Research, draft, and/or edit written educational pieces • Serve as on-screen or on-air representative of QUAD A in sessions
Required Skills:
Considerable knowledge of healthcare facility operations and accreditation processes. Strong research skills in medical practice. Creative ability to identify opportunities to improve communications and improve internal and external education methods. Proficiency in clinical education and oral communication. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation platforms. Excellent verbal, presentation, teaching, public speaking, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Education
Bachelors degree in related field
Masters degree preferred in management/administration or adult education
Experience:
Minimum of five years senior management experience in educational, health care and/or regulatory field.
Experience with an accreditation or credentialing organization
