Trades Holding Company, LLC is looking for an experienced and strategic Fleet Director to oversee the overall management, growth, and optimization of our vehicle fleet supporting our plumbing and electrical service teams. The Fleet Director will be responsible for fleet planning, analytics, safety compliance, and procurement of vehicles and related services. This position requires a deep understanding of fleet operations and the ability to drive efficiency, cost savings, and safety improvements across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 5+ years of fleet management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role, preferably in a field service-oriented industry like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or construction.
Fleet Planning and Analytics: Demonstrated expertise in fleet planning, forecasting, and utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize fleet performance.
Safety Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fleet safety standards and regulatory requirements, with proven experience in implementing safety programs and driver training initiatives.
Procurement and Vendor Management: Strong experience in vehicle procurement, vendor negotiation, and managing relationships with service providers, including leasing, fuel, and maintenance vendors.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analytics tools to monitor and enhance fleet operations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary: $100-$150k per year, depending on experience
Bonus: 10-15% of base
