Workday Reporting and Data Analyst (EST Time Zone - Boca Raton, FL)
About the Role
As a Workday Reporting and Data Analyst, your expertise will be crucial in optimizing HR reporting processes. This role requires you to be based in the EST time zone and willing to relocate to South Florida, with on-site presence 3 days a week in Boca Raton. As a key team member, you'll work across functions to transform complex HR data into meaningful insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our ability to engage and support our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Workday Reporting SME, developing and maintaining high-impact reports and dashboards.
Deliver accurate, reliable, and insightful data by creating Workday reports tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop sustainable solutions.
Provide support and training on Workday functionalities, ensuring users are fully equipped to utilize reporting capabilities.
Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for Workday applications.
Drive continuous improvement in Workday reporting through cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence.
Must-Have Skills
Proven Expertise in Workday Reporting: Advanced experience in designing, building, and optimizing Workday reports, with a focus on Core, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, and Talent data.
Dashboard and People Analytics: Strong proficiency in Workday's dashboard tools, particularly for Talent and Recruiting, and familiarity with Workday's People Analytics platform.
Workday Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including web services, business process frameworks, and data structures.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.
Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions within Workday.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Workday Prism data sets.
Familiarity with PARO (Performance, Accountability, Results, Outcomes) methodology for enhanced reporting effectiveness.
