We're looking for an inspiring leader to take the helm as Managing Director of LiveCraft. This role is for someone with a deep passion for social commerce and live streaming and who is ready to shape and expand a fast-growing division. As the Head of Livecraft, you will oversee the entire LiveCraft operation, from client partnerships to positioning, team growth, and strategic development. You'll set the vision for live commerce at Podean, unlocking new business opportunities and delivering memorable, impactful experiences that connect brands with audiences.

Responsibilities:
Client and Strategic Leadership: Serve as the go-to advisor for key clients, aligning with their vision and unlocking live commerce solutions that drive their success.
Division Growth and Development: Build and oversee a high-performing team, mentoring direct reports, and setting up career growth pathways.
Campaign Innovation: Lead the development of high-impact social and live commerce campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Twitch, and Amazon Live.
Partner Relationships: Build and strengthen our network of strategic partnerships with key platforms and creators.
Reputation: Partner with the Podean marketing team on marketing strategies, content development, branding, and positioning in market.
Business Development: Work closely with key team members to Identify and secure new business opportunities, delivering compelling pitches and customized scopes of work.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and on strategy. Use your industry insights to bring cutting-edge ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and excellence in client delivery.
Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in social commerce, live streaming, and gaming, and bring these insights to both team and client strategies.
About You:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing social or live commerce programs for brands.
Proven track record of unlocking business growth by developing and activating innovative live commerce strategies, ideally across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Twitch, and Amazon Live.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex projects from start to finish, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and unlocking resources for seamless execution.
Skilled in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, managing pitches, and developing tailored scopes of work that align with client needs and drive division success.
You bring a strategic understanding of client service, focusing on building long-term partnerships and unlocking client potential through customized live commerce solutions.
You stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media innovation, and emerging live streaming technologies, continually unlocking new insights to enhance marketing and campaign effectiveness.
Expertise in overseeing creator partnerships, including talent sourcing, contract negotiations, and budget oversight to ensure optimal campaign impact.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams, unlocking individual potential, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

This position is full-time and reports to our Chief Operations Officer and CEO.
While we are a fully remote company, this role requires the candidate to be based in Los Angeles to facilitate collaboration with our core team and key partners. The team operates on PST hours, and occasional travel may be required for client meetings, events, and team-building activities.
