The Construction Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance tasks within our restaurant network. Leveraging tools like ResQ for maintenance management and Procore for construction projects, this individual will oversee permit statuses, diligently update project tracking, and provide continuous follow-up. They will be hands-on, visiting restaurants as needed to assess and address maintenance issues promptly.
Essential Duties:
Manage construction and facilities documentation, including submittals, budget tracking, and reports.
Conduct regular visits to local and out-of-state sites to offer support and conduct quality assessments.
Generate construction and facilities reports based on thorough investigations.
Offer technical support to staff when necessary.
Stay abreast of industry trends and participate in continuous professional development opportunities.

Capability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project demands.
Comfort with both office work and occasional on-site visits.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Access to transportation for site visits as needed.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of construction terminology.
Familiarity with CMMS and CAD systems (preferred).
Previous experience in a similar administrative role (preferred).
