Responsibilities:
Monitor inquiries received - assign to and engage relative engineers, enter into tracker spreadsheet, solicit updates and drive for completion.
Input inquiries we receive from various construction docks throughout the state into the 'Dock Visit Tracker' spreadsheet - assign to and engage relative engineers, solicit updates and drive for completion.
Monitor inquiries that come from the weekly Supply Chain meeting - assign to and engage relative engineers, update spreadsheet, solicit updates and drive for completion.
Maintain/update QA/QC inspection reports based on input from reliability coordinators.
Develop metrics to track performance on all above mentioned efforts in Power Bi, excel, etc.
Get up to speed and be able to help out with CU/Maximo inquiries - update material quantities, item descriptions, CU level discrepancies, Retirement Units, etc. in Maximo.
Upload, transfer, relocate various Standards drawings, and alerts on SharePoint sites.
Keep track of 'minor' CU/Maximo updates, compile them and report out to end users via email monthly or quarterly depending on volume.
Utility experience is preferred
Hybrid position with 2-3 days in the office in Phoenix, AZ
