The Fountains Resort in Orlando, FL,is seeking an Assistant Front Office (Guest Services) Manager.
Compensation: $48,000 - $50,000 Base Salary Annually
Schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, to include weekend shifts and holidays as needed. Occasional need for AM or Mid-Shift coverage.

POSITION DETAILS:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments.
Coordinate front-desk activities and ensures the complete satisfaction of all owners and guests.
Guest Recovery; responding to guest requests, inquiries, and escalations.
Coaching, developing, and scheduling a highly engaged Guest Services Team.
Prepare daily reports as requested and cover shifts at Front Desk as necessary.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-years Front Desk experience & 1-year supervisory experience.
Ability to lead a staff of 20+ associates.
You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
