About the Role - The Marketing Analytics Group Product Manager will be responsible for leveraging data across the customer journey to provide strategic insights and reporting, drive discovery analytics and opportunity sizing for new or enriched experiences and/or product features, and deploy best practices for measurement to provide clarity into performance in "always on" evolution of testing and scaling capabilities with customers and teams.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience, including 5 years of Marketing Analytics experience.
Deep understanding of industry trends and user needs, manifesting in the ability to create a value proposition for cross-functional business owners.
Experience in critical thinking along the customer journey in order to establish key insights that inform valuation of incremental experiences and/or product features to prioritize in customer experiences and/or data & analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in statistics and ability to apply best practices for A/B test measurement.
Ability to translate customer experience needs into inputs for data science teams to build, test. and scale machine learning models that optimize the customer experience.
Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation to scaling with a cross-functional team of business stakeholders and technical resources, including but not limited to analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, data engineering, and data visualization specialists.
Deep experience with data platforms and systems, including Business Intelligence tooling.
Previous management experience for a team of individual contributors (ideally of product managers and/or marketing analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering teams).
Experience with managing third-party vendors and contract negotiations.
