Overview:
The business insights analyst is a key member of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for performing complex data analysis, compiling detailed reports, and working to identify and resolve data quality issues. The role requires experience with a variety of reporting tools including Excel, Power BI and Qlik Sense as well as Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across the revenue funnel.
Develop detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize revenue performance.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-level executives.
Identify gaps in data quality and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improve data accuracy.
Propose and implement improvements to existing reports, dashboards, and data processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the analytics function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics, business, computer science or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of two to three years of prior experience in a similar role with focus on data insights and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Qlik, Power BI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
