This opportunity offers fine dining, event space and a roof-top terrace for outdoor events and is the main stapled location within it's town. It has 50 rooms made up of premium, non-premium, corporate apartment and a master suite. The hotel is currently holding 45+ events per year with the runway to grow.
Primary Functions:
5 days a week on-site, with additional presence at events expected
8 direct reports
Overseeing day to day operations.
Making sure each department is staffed, and all duties will be completed.
Filling in for understaffed departments.
Carrying out regular inspections of the property and amenities offered to ensure guest satisfaction.
Organizing scheduled maintenance and deep cleaning projects with the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
Working with each department manager to recruit new employees and train them efficiently.
Attending and helping on large or high-profile events held on property of by catering company.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing laws.
Implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures to continuously improve the company.
Interacting with hotel, event, and restaurant guests and making sure they are receiving exemplary accommodations.
Reviewing financials to maximize revenue and reduce expenditures.
Compensation/Perks:
Starting base of $80,000
Potential bonus opportunity with business performance
