About Next Level Sports:At Next Level Sports, we are passionate about bringing the best youth sports experience for all - both on and off the field. We apply operational diligence and technology in thoughtful and innovative ways to unlock our young athletes curiosity, passion, and desire for sports education, competition, and skill development.Our headquarters are based in San Mateo, California, with operations in 16 states, including California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Montana, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Tennessee, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Our programs are currently available to youth participants from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our partners include high-level high schools as well as NCAA athletic programs in various sporting disciplines.What Youll Do*:Facility Reservation (50%)Reserve facilities for each program according to operation dates.Manage relationships with school districts and higher education institutions for facility rentals.Coordinate with site directors to gather facility information and guidelines.Identify and organize any additional needs for facilities, this may include but isnt limited to signage, maps, etc.Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external vendors related to facility operations.Contract and Insurance Management (20%)Assist in reviewing facility contracts for accuracy.Help manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) to maintain adequate coverage for all locations.Support Finance and Accounts Payable in processing facility-related invoices.Process and Workflow Management (20%)Design and maintain a comprehensive facility management process.Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, COIs, and related documents.Keep an up-to-date contact list of facilities coordinators.Manage facility cancellations due to unforeseen events, inclement weather, etc.Implement performance tracking systems for facility management.Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for facility utilization, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction.Regularly analyze KPI data to drive continuous improvement in facility management processes.Strategic Planning (10%)Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the improvement of facility operations.Lead negotiations with insurance providers to reduce costs of Certificates of InsuranceCollaborate with other departments to align facility strategies with overall organizational goals.Identify and evaluate potential new facility partnerships or acquisition opportunities.Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in facility availability.Create and present strategic recommendations to senior management.*Perform other duties as assigned.What Were Looking For:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in facility management or operations, preferably within an educational or sports setting.Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience using facility management software such as Facilitron and CivicPermit is a plus.Comfortable navigating a fast-paced work environment.A self-starter capable of working autonomously, prioritizing tasks, and driving projects to completion.Proven project management ability, including planning, tracking milestones, and executing tasks.Experience in any team or individual sport is a plus.Our culture reflects our commitment to our communities.
