We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and organized individual to join our Plymouth Nathan Lane team as a BP Program Manager. In this role, you will lead one of the value stream's project development plans and be responsible for project plans, assessing risk, issues tracking, and driving accountability for deliverables. You will be collaborating with site cross-functional and other internal partners to successfully deliver projects on time, assess deliverables trade-offs, and leverage the PMO governance to ensure alignment. To be successful as a BP Program Manager, you should demonstrate strong program management skills, communication, well organized and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives .

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.

  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 5 years of business process/program management experience o r an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of business process/program management experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with reporting, program and/or portfolio management/skills , and managing through risk mitigations.

  • E xperience in project/program management in m edical industry and/or medical device industry

  • PMP, PgPM , PfPM , Lean Six Sigma certifications

  • Experience implementing or executing Operational Excellence strategy, new process, tools and program and/or portfolio dashboards

  • Excellence mitigation management and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and relationship skills

  • Strong presentation skills, both delivery and development

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI , Project, Teams)

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$113,600.00 - $170,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
