Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their flagship North American plant located just north of Nashville near Goodlettsville / Hendersonville TN. The Generalist will be responsible to execute HR processes, policies and programs. Professionally oriented persons with a Bachelors Degree, a PHR or SHRM CP and HR Generalist experience in Manufacturing would be preferred. This is a fantastic, people centric company with very low turnover. This is a modern facility that has received significant Capital Upgrades that is climate controlled They have over 30 domestic locations and a diverse Corporate HR Team.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations
Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
Administer talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention following all Federal, Local and Company requirements, including understanding resource competition.
Employee and labor relations
Affirmative action and equal employment compliance
Time Keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes/corrections
Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
3-5 Years of Human Resources Experience in Manufacturing
PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
Good Understanding of Compensation & Benefits Programs
Strong People Skills and Ability to Manage Employee & Labor Relations
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook Knowledge of HRIS Administration
