Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
