What You Need for this Position
BS In CM Or Similar And More Than 5 Years Of PM Experience And Knowledge Of All Phases Of Construction Management Including
History of managing commercial, healthcare, higher education and/or public projects projects in New England or Greater Boston market preferred
Proficiency in project financials and processing construction related documents including RFIs, change orders and submittals
Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience with pre-construction and estimating
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office programs and MS Project preferred
