Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial and industrial projects, specifically in steel construction. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and ensure project objectives are clearly defined.
Coordinate and monitor all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and gather feedback.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in commercial and industrial projects, particularly in steel construction.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
