Role Description
Job Responsibilities - • Extensive experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying digital marketing assets across web and email platforms. • Skilled in creating scalable, responsive designs and applications that drive customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing goals. • Strong problem-solving skills in the context of marketing technology, with a focus on addressing issues in campaign performance, user experience, and backend integration. • Proficient in using data and analytics to understand audience behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Experience with web and email analytics to interpret user interactions, track campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates. • Experienced in managing multiple marketing projects, including campaign execution, web updates, and email deployments, with a focus on agile and timely delivery. • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing best practices. • Skilled in optimizing digital channels to enhance brand visibility, improve audience engagement, and increase conversion rates. • Focused on creating customer-centric marketing experiences that drive brand loyalty. • Skilled in personalizing marketing content and using data to deliver meaningful interactions that resonate with audiences. • Knowledgeable in Agile and Scrum methodologies to support efficient project management.
Skills & Requirements • 5+ years experience with in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) • 5+ years experience in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, and PHP • 5+ years with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) • Extensive experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation platforms. • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot CMS) • Strong expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager) • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations with CRM and marketing platforms. • Skilled in version control tools like Git • Skilled in using debugging tools to troubleshoot web and email issues across devices and platforms.
