This position will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives, and leading a team of IT professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT leadership and hands-on experience managing diverse technological environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, including networks, servers, and applications, ensuring reliability and security.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services and products.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial objectives.
Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards and regulations, implementing robust security measures to protect organizational data.
Lead IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of network and system architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and compliance with industry regulations.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
