The Sr. PM is responsible for planning the work, managing a cross-functional team comprised of employees, contractors and vendors, and mitigating issues and risks. The Sr. PM is responsible for driving work to defined schedule, communicating crisply and clearly to both the project team and the project stakeholders, forecasting costs, tracking actuals, and explaining variances.
Leads the project planning effort, including the definition of the deliverables and the required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, definition of major project milestones, accumulation of all project cost and benefit estimates.
Manages, prepares, and produces project management reports, timelines, budgets, and documentation. Create and manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and actuals tracking.
Identifies risks, issues, and provides effective mitigation. Monitors project activities and resolves/escalates issues as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with management of a $3M project budget or greater.
Background with large and complex software implementations and deployments
Proven experience managing requirements specification, design activities, prototype development, testing and final deployment.
Proven vendor management experience including leading RFP's, SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving both internal partners and vendor to meet date and budget commitments.
Experience in managing project budget forecasts and actuals.

OT Real-Time system experience, including SCADA, Outage Management and related applications
