Responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support to other departments, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with both hardware and software. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field. A certain degree of creativity is required.
The purpose of this request is to procure an Analyst for ODOT Field Operations Services Information Systems team. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are:
Elicit, gather, and document requirements
Document business as-is/to-be processes and identify problems, gaps, and project objectives
Research potential system solutions that would meet business operational needs
Create test plans, test cases, and execute testing
Record defects and retest bug fixes
Refer to accompanying Skillset List. The resource must have Mandatory advance skillsets with:
Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form
Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting system requirements
Demonstrated experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing
Preferred Skillsets:
Knowledge and experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems or software systems that support Transportation Agency maintenance and operations processes
