The Application Development Manager will manage a team of analysts and developers responsible for the company's internal application development and analysis function. You will evaluate existing applications to determine technical changes, schedule projects, and monitor project timelines. This is an exciting role and opportunity to work with a growing business to have a direct impact on technology direction and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
Oversee teams of software developers
Conduct and participate in architectural oversight and design reviews
Schedule and conduct technical screenings and interviews for staff
Maintain development standards and best practices
Identify tools, techniques, R&D for application development
Hold project review and status meetings
Create technical project plans
Identify and manage to milestones and dates for deliverable
What we look for:
Experience with design and development involving enterprise application architecture
Experience with cloud native data stores on AWS, Azure and Google (Redshift, S3, Big Query, SQLDW etc.)
Experience with Azure Data Factory
Expert knowledge of MS SQL & MS SQL Server
Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Able to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality deliverables by deadlines
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to learn quickly
Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across team
