Oversee migration of Azure resources between accounts, acting as the SME for all cloud-related processes.
Implement networking and security measures, specifically configuring Virtual Networks (VNETs), subnets, and managing secure access to cloud resources.
Utilize Python, SQL, and PySpark for data manipulation, querying, and workflow automation in a high-volume data environment.
Use DevOps practices, including GitLab for version control, to manage cloud deployments and facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Work with speech-to-text transcription models and develop real-time intent identification capabilities in collaboration with Microsoft.
Optimize cloud resource usage and support the expansion of AI-driven initiatives, contributing to our client's investment in AI and data analytics.

Familiarity with PySpark for distributed data processing.
Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud, including familiarity with Databricks, EventHub, Azure ML Studio, and other Azure resources.
Strong networking skills (Virtual Networks, subnets) and security experience within cloud environments.
Proficiency in API integration and model deployment.
DevOps experience, especially with GitLab for repository management and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with AI model deployment processes; knowledge of underlying AI models not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with real-time transcription and call analytics solutions.
Prior exposure to Microsoft Azure's Power Platforms, particularly Co-Pilot.
Familiarity with call summarization, intent identification, and high-volume data environments.
