A leading global investment manager with a presence across major financial hubs and over $400bn in assets under management is seeking a Head of Client/Distribution Technology to lead the development of its next-generation Distribution platform. This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with technical expertise, focusing on Salesforce and other SaaS solutions to enhance collaboration, analytics, and reporting.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau Server, and CRM Analytics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage solution architecture, custom development, integrations, and platform maintenance.
- Champion continuous platform enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Engage with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale Salesforce projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and associated tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., CTA, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Optimizely or similar digital experience platforms.
- Proven success in distributed work environments.
- Knowledge of the asset management industry is advantageous.
