Job Description:

Role: Java Test Automation

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

Experience in IT industry majorly on test automation

Implement defined enterprise level framework

Review the current state of test Automation and recommend improvements

Capable of reviewing team deplorables considering the scripting standards set and suggest improvements

Primary Skills:

• Playwright (UI/API), Mobile Automation, POSTMAN, Sauce labs, Typescript, JavaScript, Python & Selenium

Secondary Skills:

• Experience in Mainframe automation preferred (Kevlar, REXX, Jenkins).
• Experience in WinAppDriver, UFT or UFT One with VB Scripting knowledge
• Prior experience working on insurance domain
• Help in integrating tools like JIRA, Xrey, Perfecto, SAUCE Lab etc to the existing framework
• Define End to End automation workflow for each of the application services from initiation to delivery
• Capable of putting across E2E Automation Strategy
• Capable of indicating types of automation testing required across various business layers and recommend appropriate tools
• Set Target for the Automaton Roadmap
• Capable of setting team skills, framework, tools, and coverage
• Capable of indicating CI/CD pipelines
• Capable of defining Y2Y productivity improvements
• Capable of recommending a process/strategy to reduce execution time
• Improve test estimation efforts
• Recommend Best Practices
• Provide solution approach for a given problem statement

Soft Skills

• API/Microservices Rest Assured Testing, Cypress.IO, Katalon-JavaScript -Testing, Protractor for Testing, SQL & Database testing, Test Reports and Dashboards -Testing, User Acceptance Testing, WebDriver.IO for Testing
