Responsibilities
Guide the service delivery teams on operational best practices to ensure the most efficient flow of work through the Operations team.
Play the roles of an SME, advocate of cutting edge technology in market research for clients.
Recommending custom solutions (such as scripts, macros, etc.) for consideration where appropriate
Manages a team of 100 members and develop the team including work assignments, personal development, and career planning.
Working closely with the sales group to understand the dynamic needs they receive from clients and building the capability internally.
Rethink approaches to scripting and data processes and leverage RPA and Machine learning techniques.
Provide clients with expert technical advice and support, where reasonable and when required, to ensure they can leverage Data appropriately.
Drive operational improvements and bring-in efficiency.
Prioritizes and manages the workload of team members to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
Hands on experience in scripting and or data processing across popular platforms such as SPSS, Decipher and other survey programming languages
Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computers, or comparable discipline
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sound understanding of technology & of software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers
Demonstrated hands-on work approach
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
Proven background of building a successful team
Should have a strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable
