Job Description:

Position Summary

The role of a Head of Data Integration is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment. Experience in leading professional services team with P&L responsibilities. Highly motivated, focused, eager to learn new technologies, and able to effectively communicate ensuring superior client service to maintain a strong customer relationship.

Responsibilities
  • Guide the service delivery teams on operational best practices to ensure the most efficient flow of work through the Operations team.
  • Play the roles of an SME, advocate of cutting edge technology in market research for clients.
  • Recommending custom solutions (such as scripts, macros, etc.) for consideration where appropriate
  • Manages a team of 100 members and develop the team including work assignments, personal development, and career planning.
  • Working closely with the sales group to understand the dynamic needs they receive from clients and building the capability internally.
  • Rethink approaches to scripting and data processes and leverage RPA and Machine learning techniques.
  • Provide clients with expert technical advice and support, where reasonable and when required, to ensure they can leverage Data appropriately.
  • Drive operational improvements and bring-in efficiency.
  • Prioritizes and manages the workload of team members to deliver quality results and meet timelines.

Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Hands on experience in scripting and or data processing across popular platforms such as SPSS, Decipher and other survey programming languages
  • Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computers, or comparable discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound understanding of technology & of software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers
  • Demonstrated hands-on work approach
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Proven background of building a successful team
  • Should have a strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
  • Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable
  • Demonstrates high energy with a passion for success and commitment
